Penndel-Middletown Emergency Squad is a progressive Bucks County, PA EMS agency that responded to 7,400 calls for service last year. We operate 2 Advanced Life Support ambulances 24/7/365 from 2 stations. We operate an additional 2 ambulances during peak weekday operational periods.

- Part-time Paramedic - from $32.00 per hour
- Part-time Advanced Emergency Medical Technician - from $26.00 per hour
- Part-time Emergency Medical Technician - from $23.00 per hour

- At least 21 years of age
- Current Pennsylvania certification (or ability to obtain through reciprocity) at the EMT, AEMT, EMT-P, or PHRN level
- Current Driver’s License with clean motor vehicle record and PA EMSVO endorsement
- Completion of Hazmat (awareness level or higher) and NIMS 100/200/700/800
- Current AHA or Red Cross CPR certification, required ACLS for paramedics
- Willingness to learn and grow with coworkers, patients, and the organization
- Annual review and step increases based on transparent metrics
- Top-of-the-line equipment including Horton type III box ambulances (no vans!) with Stryker PowerLOAD systems, in-ambulance mobile data terminals for charting, Zoll X-Series monitors, McGrath Vide Laryngoscopes, and LUCAS mechanical CPR devices on all units
- Opportunity for in-house CPR, ACLS, PALS, and additional training at no cost to staff
- Involved medical director who lives in the community and actively participates in emergency responses, QA, and guidance of the organization
- Specialized training on our Bariatric Support and Special Services units which serve the Lower Bucks region. Opportunity to be paid for callouts when these units are activated
